Maine is a teammate, even if he is also sort of North's death. It's awkward. But North and Theta are both giving Wash the benefit of the doubt in the belief that Maine isn't the same person that killed him. But the idea of him makes them both nervous. For now, North is avoiding Maine.

Even with the tension of their first meeting, North still sees Wash as a teammate. He cares and wants to figure out how to prove it to Wash. But he's giving Wash space because he's got a lot to come to terms with himself.

Despite being the strangest person that North has met here in a physical sense, North is thankful for Bull. He's kind to Theta and respects the limitations Theta's presence puts on North, he tries to offer support and someone to listen regarding things North isn't ready to talk about, and he even seems willing to let old opinions and thought patterns be challenged and changed. That earns more than simple respect from North.

Theta ADORES meeting someone like Leonardo. He's excited to teach the historic man about computers, technology, science and the future. North likes that Leo takes Theta seriously and adapts to such strange concepts. But the skateboard thing...

North appreciates 7 in her eagerness to talk to Theta. Theta is just happy to have someone to talk to about AI things. Her willingness to (or just propensity toward) discuss tangents with Theta really won her points in North's book

North respects Desmond's goal of trying to help out people who have been through trauma recently. Add in how smart Desmond proved himself to be quickly and the guy's absolute disdain for what little he's heard of the project and North finds him pretty nice to talk to.

One of two young women teaching him about animals here. The sunny nature of Vanille and her immediate move to help him learn her animals wins her serious points. Theta loves her zalpacas.

Seifer intrigues North. The kid is clearly a warrior, but not in a sense he understands. While he CAN take the child soldier thing in stride, it doesn't comfort him. And the way that Seifer reminds him of his sister is interesting. But the kid's clear immediate jump to measuring himself against North is worrying. Theta is really excited to hear about monsters.

North met Vasquez in relation to a wandering puppy. Their conversation has given North a lot to think about regarding the people here, but Theta really is just happy they got to interact with a dog.

North is glad to see someone working on lumber, especially someone who is willing to work hard and take help. He looks forward to working with the man.

North likes the theater, so he's glad someone's looking into that stuff. Theta meanwhile is really intrigued by the ideas of magic that can shape reality and AIs living long enough to achieve things like new life.

Brigitte is a complicated issue for both North and Theta. The former didn't fully like some of the tone that was taken regarding Theta, even after an explanation of why. The latter is just a bit sore because of the points she brought up and the being reminded that he could hurt North.

Theta has come to wonder just what sort of things are actually out there now that he knows Lucifer claims to be the devil. North, however, is very uncomfortable with the idea that the devil is aware of him personally and has hit on him.

Reyes's references to his own knowledge of integrated AIs has left Theta intrigued, but he's a bit annoyed he didn't get to talk to Reyes himself. North understands the desire to have experiences explained from the point of view of the integrated.

Thor is cheerful and intense, and frankly North likes that. It reminds him of York, who he misses desperately, but at the same time, a little bit of his sister. Theta was glad to impress Thor with his skills.
